== The Support ==&lt;br /&gt;
The Support is ready for all Problems. They could be:&lt;br /&gt;
* technical Problem with the Game&lt;br /&gt;
* vulnerabilities&lt;br /&gt;
* Bugs&lt;br /&gt;
* Problems between 2 Players&lt;br /&gt;
But the Support is of course open for little things too:&lt;br /&gt;
* Email-Address change&lt;br /&gt;
* Protection against the automatic Removal/Freeze of the Account&lt;br /&gt;
* Typos&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
If a Internet or even a Computer are used multiple you have to contact the Support, that this will be noted.&lt;br /&gt;

== How do I contact the Support? ==&lt;br /&gt;
The Support is either in Game with the Menupoint &amp;quot;Support&amp;quot; or via Email at support (at) hackerplace (dot) de accessable.&lt;br /&gt;

== What follows? ==&lt;br /&gt;
The Administators will be Notified on their PC and Mobile and will be responding to your request. Depending on the Time (in Germany), utilization and difficulty of the Request it can come to some waiting until a Supporter answers. We please you to excuse this. We work, sleep and life sometimes.&lt;br /&gt;
