What's the Clan stock market?

The Clan stock market allows a Clan to go to the stock market, so the Users can buy and sell shares from the Clan. There is the possibility to raise money for the clan or lose money.

Advantages

• The clan raises money you can work with.
• The Clan is able to start investments.
• There is more variety in the stock market system.
• The value of your shares isn't predictable.

Disadvantages

• It lasts 7 days to deactivate the stock market.
• The Clan can't be deleted.
• A part of the clancheckout will be frozen as equity. (watch number of shares)
• While the initial public offering is active there is limited access to the clancheckout. (watch number of shares)

Calculation of exchange rate

The calculation of the exchange rate is secret, as always. Basically it reflect the value of your Clan. How do you define the value of a Clan? There are many different factors. Many of them affect the users and their activities in the Clan.
But there is a crucial difference to the Hackerplace.de-stock market. The exchange rate won't reach regulary its minimum and maximum value by its calculation. A bad and small Clan will reach a exchange rate of 1000 Credits while a really good and big Clan can reach 3000 Credits.
But there is a possibility that a exchange rate under 1000 is reached. That happens every time when the Clan, for whatever reason, fall below their equity of when the clan cancels its initial public offering. If that happens no more shares can be bought!

Settings

To acces the settings of the Clan stock market the founder have to assign the authorization "Bank".

Activate

To activate the Clan stock market the Clan have to fulfill the following conditions:

• At least 3 users.
• More than 35.000.000 Credits in the clancheckout.

After the activation the Clan will be listed in the Bank. The exchange rate will be calculated hourly like the Hackerplace.de-stock market.

Deactivate

You dont have to fulfill conditions to deactivate the Clan stock market. The deactivation lasts 7 days.
When you deactivate the stock market every owner of shares receives a message that the Clan went insolvency and will be taken from the stock market in 7 days. It isn't possible to buy shares from that Clan then! The value of the shares falls frequently until it reaches 0. This value will be reached after 7 days and the initial public offering ends, and all already bought shares will be deleted.

Quantity of shares

The quantity of shares, which can be offered in the Bank, can be decided by the Clan. The maximum quantity of the shares is calculated out of the money, which is stored in the Clancheckout. 35.000.000 Credits are the minimum to be able to offer shares. With this minimum can be offered 15.000 shares.
For all other 200.000 credits in the Clancheckout you can offer 100 more shares.
That money will be frozen for the clan. You can't access that money! A clan with 56.789.999 Credits in the clancheckout can offer a maximum of 25.800 shares. But this would mean, that 56.600.000 Credits are frozen as equity.

The quantity of shares has effects on:

• Quantity of shares which are offered in the Bank.
• Frozen money in the Clan.
• The amount of money the Clan can invest.

Investments

To compensate possible losses the clan can start an investment. This is possible under the same conditions as in the Bank. The maximum investment value increases with the shares offered.
Attention:

• Those investments end after their run-time and they have to be renewed.
• While an investment is running you can't change the quantity of the offered shares and the stock market can't be deactivated!
